Bill was awarded the prestigious Phil Killian Directing Fellowship by a committee of distinguished theatre professionals from across America led by OSF's Artistic Director Libby Appel. He worked closely with the entire artistic and literary staff on RICHARD III and MA RAINEY’s BLACK BOTTOM. Bill's Fellowship culminated in directing Arthur Miller's INCIDENT AT VICHY with the resident acting company at OSF.
